Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal said that the second and final list of the SAD candidates for the Assembly polls would be released by December 31.
Interacting with mediperson at Sreihn village on the sidelines of the first election rally held by the SAD in favour of party candidate Gurpratap Singh Wadala after the election commission announced poll programme for Punjab, Badal said the candidates were being selected on merit. The party cannot do injustice with the righteous candidates.
