Had a talk with Ravinder Grewal today regarding his latest album and during the conversation he mentioned that he is about to release the music video for Kali Nu Mil Mitra on TV very soon. He spoke highly of the video and the director and urged me to watch it online.

The concept of the video is only matched by the direction and cinematography of the video, the shaky cam, time lapse and post editing only shows the pure genius of the director and the cameraman. The only rift i have is the scene where the lover’s arm is cut.. the scene falls short of special effects, it could have been avoided, or done properly… on the other hand, the best scene is where the lover is hit by the girl’s brother.. the first person cam… well i don’t think i have ever seen this before in Punjabi music industry… in fact i have only seen it in the English film Doom (based on the game Doom) and in PC games… WOW… Just in plain5 minutes a story of a whole film has been told.. not to mention the symbolic use of Kaiddon…
