Regional Polytechnic College and RPC Degree College is organising its fourth annual function, 'Spark 2012', at its Behman Diwana, Bathinda, campus on Thursday. MLA of Bathinda (Urban) constituency, Sarup Chand Singla will be the chief guest on the occasion.
Principals of various colleges and heads of the adjoining villages will be present on the occasion.
