When TOI caught up with the couple at Maur police station, they said they have been living under fear for the last nine months and the HC order has given them some hope.
Visibly relaxed, the girls, who were provided security cover on Thursday following the HC directions, spent some time together inside one of the rooms of the Maur police station discussing their plans.
"We have been to hell and back. Everybody has been against us right from the day we decided to spend the rest of our days together," said Swaran, sounding and looking confident in a pink shirt and pair of black jeans.
