Keeping in view the constant falling standards of education in Punjab, the Nishan-e-sikhi charitable trust khadoor sahib, under the patronage of Padamshri Baba Sewa singh kar sewa wale has taken a laudable step towards awarding Scholarships to encourage the IAS aspirant candidates from Punjab.
The trust choosed two candidates from punjab who cleared the IAS preliminary test however the trust have already provide cultural and religious education to the Punjab youths.
For the IAS aspirants the trust decided to take a step to award the scholarship. This benevolent offer could be made possible by virtue of the munificent donation given by S. Jagtar Singh from UK. Selection of the candidates with Preliminary cleared has been carried out under judicious observance of three honorable members viz the reputed bureaucrat Sardar Hardial Singh ex -IAS. H.S. Phoolka a Senior Advocate of Supreme Court; Dr A.S. Narang ex-Registrar, IGNOU.
